Custom Manufacturing

All of our custom signs are handcrafted and hand finished to ensure that your completed sign is crafted in the highest quality manner possible.

We construct our sign frames with extruded aluminum tubing in 1" x 2" and 2" x 2” dimensions to provide a strong and lightweight foundation for your sign. We then skin our signs with flex face material. We avoid using acrylic sheeting for the face of the signs we manufacture due to ease with which it can break.

We also custom make the lamp tracks to fit each sign.
We use advanced high output ballasts in all our signs for fast start times.
All returns in our signs are manufactured with medium duty 3003 .063” gauge to ensure stability and support for your sign.
We powder coat all our signs with baked enamel for a hard and durable finish.
We use Matthews Paint on our raceways.
We use .063 backs on our channel letters
We use both neon and L.E.D. Lighting on channel letters depending on the customer’s preference.
